Hostinger Reach (October 2026): Email Marketing, Explained

Short answer: Hostinger Reach is Hostinger’s AI email marketing platform: describe a campaign in plain language and it builds the email, the subject lines, and the audience segment for you. A free tier covers 100 contacts and 200 emails a month; paid tiers scale by recipient count with automation, analytics, and AI generation on every plan. It is built for beginners and small lists — not for complex ecommerce automation. Details checked across hostinger.com, October 9, 2026.

What is Hostinger Reach?

Hostinger Reach is a standalone email marketing product from Hostinger — newsletters, campaigns, and automations with an AI assistant doing most of the writing. You describe what you want to send (“a back-in-stock announcement for our candle line, friendly tone”), and Reach generates a mobile-friendly email, suggests subject lines, and can even propose campaign ideas for the week. You edit everything in a visual builder or ask the AI for revisions, so it sits halfway between a blank template gallery and a fully autonomous agent.

It is worth being precise about what Reach is not: it is not mailbox hosting. Hostinger sells email in two completely different shapes — Business Email gives you mailboxes ([email protected]) for sending and receiving everyday email, while Reach is for sending marketing campaigns to a list of subscribers. If you need an inbox, you want the former; if you need a newsletter, you want the latter. Many small businesses end up needing both, and they are billed separately.

One honest note on pricing: Reach is not in our price database yet, so the live card above shows Hostinger’s email plan pricing as a reference point — check current Reach tier pricing on Hostinger’s site through our link below. We never print plan prices from memory; if we cannot show it live, we say so.

What can you actually do with it?

Per Hostinger’s own product write-ups and tutorials (read October 9, 2026), Reach’s feature set clusters around four jobs:

  • AI campaign creation. Prompt-to-email generation, AI-written subject lines and copy, branded layouts from your saved logo and colors, weekly campaign ideas, and send-time suggestions. Pre-send checks flag spam-triggering issues before you hit send.
  • Plain-language segmentation. Instead of building filter rules, you describe the audience (“contacts who haven’t opened in 30 days”) and Reach builds the segment. Paid plans include unlimited segments.
  • Automations and sequences. Welcome sequences, drip campaigns, follow-ups, and ecommerce automations like abandoned-cart recovery come as pre-made templates. Custom workflows are supported, but branching is basic — more on that below.
  • Tracking and deliverability. Open, click, delivery, and subscriber-growth tracking on every campaign. For Hostinger domains, Reach configures SPF, DKIM, and DMARC automatically — the authentication trio that keeps marketing mail out of spam folders and trips up most beginners. Every campaign includes unsubscribe links and follows CAN-SPAM and GDPR defaults.

Contacts sync from WordPress, Hostinger Website Builder, AI Builder, and Hostinger’s ecommerce tools, with an API for pushing contacts in from other platforms. Paid plans add monthly AI credits for generation, team collaboration, and 24/7 support, and every paid plan carries the standard 30-day money-back guarantee.

The free plan and the paid tiers

Reach has a genuinely usable free tier: 100 contacts and 200 emails per month, with core AI features included and no credit card required to start. Hostinger’s own materials describe it in slightly different ways — one tutorial calls it a first-year offer, another presents it as an ongoing free plan for testing — so treat it as a sandbox for proving the concept rather than a permanent home for a growing list. Either way, the caps are the honest constraint: 200 sends a month covers one small newsletter, not a real program.

Paid tiers scale with your audience. The entry paid tier covers 500 recipients and 3,500 emails per month, and higher tiers raise both the contact ceiling and the monthly send volume as your list grows. Longer billing terms bring the monthly rate down, and a month-to-month option exists if you refuse to commit. Importantly, Hostinger does not gate features by tier the way some competitors do — automation, segmentation, analytics, and branded sending are on every paid plan, so you are paying for capacity, not for unlocking tools.

Reach vs Mailchimp-style tools: where it wins and where it doesn’t

Against the big names — Mailchimp, MailerLite, Brevo, Kit — Reach’s pitch is simplicity plus price. The entry paid tier costs a fraction of Mailchimp’s starting plans, the AI does the blank-page work for you, and setup inside the Hostinger ecosystem (domain authentication, contact sync, brand styling) is close to one click. For a beginner sending a monthly newsletter to a few hundred people, that combination is genuinely hard to beat.

The trade-offs are real, though, and Hostinger’s own comparison content names most of them:

  • Few third-party integrations. No native Zapier, Shopify, or Stripe connections yet — you can push contacts in via the API, but the plug-and-play ecosystem is thin compared to Mailchimp or Brevo.
  • Basic automation. Welcome sequences and cart recovery work fine, but complex branching, advanced triggers, and in-workflow A/B testing are beyond it. Ecommerce stores with sophisticated behavioral journeys will outgrow it.
  • No landing page builder. If landing pages and signup forms are central to your list-building, competitors bundle them; Reach does not.
  • Some features are Hostinger-specific. Reach runs on any WordPress site, but automatic SPF/DKIM/DMARC setup only applies to Hostinger domains — everyone else configures DNS records manually, like with any other tool.

Who is Reach for — and who should skip it?

Reach fits if you are a beginner, a solo founder, a creator, or a small business already on Hostinger, sending newsletters or simple automations to a list under a few thousand. The AI generation genuinely lowers the “blank email” barrier, the deliverability setup is handled for you, and the price is low enough that a list earning even modest revenue pays for it many times over.

Skip it if you run complex ecommerce automation (deep Klaviyo-style behavioral triggers), need a wide integration library on day one, or want landing pages and SMS in the same platform. Also skip the free tier as a long-term plan: 200 emails a month is a trial, and migrating a list later is more painful than starting on the right tier.

The refund fine print for Reach

Reach carries Hostinger’s standard 30-day money-back guarantee on paid plans — but with two extra conditions buried in the refund policy that do not apply to plain hosting. First, a 180-day cooldown: Reach is refundable only if at least 180 days have passed since your last refund for another Reach plan. Second, the free-plan upgrade rule: if you previously used the free Reach plan, only the first renewal of your paid plan after upgrading from free is eligible for a refund. In plain terms: you cannot bounce between free and paid collecting refunds. We checked these terms on hostinger.com on October 9, 2026.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • AI builds the email, subject lines, and segments from plain-language prompts.
  • Free tier with no card required — a real sandbox, not a demo.
  • Every paid plan includes automation, unlimited segments, and analytics — no feature gating.
  • Automatic SPF/DKIM/DMARC for Hostinger domains; CAN-SPAM and GDPR defaults.
  • Entry pricing far below Mailchimp-style competitors; 30-day money-back on paid plans.

Cons

  • Thin third-party integration library — no native Zapier, Shopify, or Stripe.
  • Automation is basic: limited branching, no in-workflow A/B testing.
  • No landing page builder for list growth.
  • Free tier caps (100 contacts, 200 emails/month) are too small for a real program.
  • Reach-specific refund rules: 180-day cooldown and a free-upgrade limitation.

FAQ

Hostinger Reach is Hostinger’s AI email marketing platform for newsletters, campaigns, and automations. You describe a campaign in plain language and the AI generates the email, subject lines, and audience segments; a visual builder lets you refine everything. It is separate from Hostinger’s mailbox hosting (Business Email) — Reach is for marketing to a subscriber list, not for everyday inboxes.

There is a free tier covering 100 contacts and 200 emails per month with core AI features and no credit card required. It works as a sandbox for testing, but the caps make it unsuitable for a real newsletter program — paid tiers start at 500 recipients and 3,500 emails per month and scale from there. Details checked on hostinger.com, October 9, 2026.

Business Email gives you mailboxes ([email protected]) for sending and receiving normal email. Reach is a marketing platform for sending campaigns and automations to subscriber lists, with AI generation, segmentation, and analytics. Small businesses often need both: mailboxes for correspondence, Reach for the newsletter. They are separate products with separate billing.

Yes — contacts sync from WordPress as well as Hostinger Website Builder, AI Builder, and Hostinger’s ecommerce tools, and an API is available for other platforms. Note that automatic SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configuration applies to Hostinger domains; other domains need manual DNS setup.

Paid Reach plans carry the 30-day money-back guarantee, with two extra conditions: at least 180 days must have passed since your last Reach refund, and if you upgraded from the free plan, only the first renewal after upgrading is refundable. Terms verified on hostinger.com, October 9, 2026.

For a beginner with a small list, Reach is simpler and far cheaper: AI-generated emails, plain-language segmentation, and one-click setup inside Hostinger’s ecosystem. Mailchimp pulls ahead on integrations, advanced automation, landing pages, and scale. Choose Reach for simplicity and price; choose Mailchimp when your automation needs outgrow templates.

Not natively, as of our October 2026 check — the third-party integration library is the product’s thinnest area. You can push contacts in through Reach’s API, but if plug-and-play Shopify or Zapier connections are essential on day one, a more established platform fits better for now.
